font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">Alors pour celles qui n\u2019aiment pas le poisson cru, voici une recette sublime \u00e0 faire avec du saumon cuit (yep je peux me permettre de dire qu\u2019elle est sublime, elle est pas de moi mais de mon amie Estelle).<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">Et des ravioles, raaaaaaaahhh, un des meilleurs trucs du<span>  <\/span>monde !!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"center\">  <span class=\"texte1\"><strong><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">Gratin de ravioles au saumon d\u2019Estelle<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">Pour 2 personnes : <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">1 barquette de ravioles <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">300 g de pav\u00e9s de saumon frais <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">20 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">150 g de fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">1 sachet de court-bouillon pour<br \/>\npoisson <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">sel, poivre <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">Faire cuire le saumon au court bouillon, environ 10 minutes (selon l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur des pav\u00e9s).<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">Retirer du feu, \u00e9goutter le poisson, r\u00e9server.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">Faire cuire les ravioles, 1 minute \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e, et les retirer aussit\u00f4t d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une \u00e9cumoire.<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">Laisser ti\u00e9dir un peu.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 Th 6 (180\u00b0C).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer d\u00e9licatement (pour ne pas ab\u00eemer les ravioles qui sont fragiles) le saumon coup\u00e9 en petits morceaux, les ravioles, la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">Saler, poivrer, mettre dans un plat \u00e0 gratin.<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">Recouvrir de fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9, et enfourner pour environ 15 \u00e0 20 minutes (le fromage doit dorer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">Que boire avec : <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\">Un chablis bien frais, ou un sancerre idem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\">Si vous aimez pas le saumon (je savais pas que \u00e7a existait, manifestement si, au vu des commentaires post\u00e9s plus bas), \u00e7a doit marcher avec autre chose mais j\u2019ai jamais essay\u00e9 ;-)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
