{"id":87807,"date":"2007-09-17T09:25:13","date_gmt":"2007-09-17T07:25:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/wordpress\/?p=87807"},"modified":"2011-12-31T18:56:21","modified_gmt":"2011-12-31T17:56:21","slug":"le-lundi-c-est-lait-au-riz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.monblogdefille.com\/blog\/le-lundi-c-est-lait-au-riz\/","title":{"rendered":"Le lundi c&rsquo;est lait au riz !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left\" class=\"MsoTitle\" align=\"left\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"wp-content\/themes\/default\/images\/cuisine.jpg\" align=\"left\" border=\"0\" height=\"188\" hspace=\"5\" width=\"250\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial; font-weight: normal; font-style: normal\">J\u2019adore le riz au lait mais s\u2019il y a bien un truc qui m\u2019enchante encore plus, c\u2019est le kheer, le riz au lait indien. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ca d\u00e9chire sa race ce truc, et on en trouve pas souvent dans les restos (ils ont du kulfi trop sucr\u00e9, \u00e0 la place, yerk).<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoTitle\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoTitle\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoTitle\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoTitle\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\"><em><strong>                                     Le kheer d\u2019H\u00e9l\u00e8ne<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\"> Pour 4 personnes :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\">100 gr de riz thai ou basmati<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\">800 ml de lait<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\">4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sucre<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\">4 gousses de cardamome verte<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019amandes effil\u00e9es<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de pistaches (non sal\u00e9es !) \u00e9cras\u00e9es<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\">1 dose de safran<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\">Mettre le lait, les gousses de cardamomes \u00e9cras\u00e9es et le riz dans une casserole, et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Faire cuire ensuite \u00e0 petits bouillons, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le riz soit tr\u00e8s cuit (les grains doivent commencer \u00e0 se d\u00e9faire).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\">Ajouter alors les amandes et les pistaches et faire cuire encore quelques minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\">Rajouter le sucre \u00e0 la fin, et le diluer dans la pr\u00e9paration en tournant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\">Servir ti\u00e8de ou frais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\">Au petit d\u00e9j c\u2019est divin.
