C\u2019est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 elle qu\u2019on a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer l\u2019exacte quantit\u00e9 de liquide n\u00e9cessaire pour \u00e9viter de faire de ce g\u00e2teau un flan, et depuis, petit \u00e0 petit, nous sommes devenues amies.<o :p><\/o><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\">Je pr\u00e9conise vivement de faire ce fondant pour le petit d\u00e9j. Vous pouvez difficilement le servir \u00e0 des invit\u00e9s (ou alors des vraiment gentils, mais dans le cas d\u2019une belle-m\u00e8re malveillante \u00e0 \u00e9pater, laissez tomber), il ne paye absolument pas de mine. Mais il est vachement bon, et les proportions pour quatre, chez moi on les mange \u00e0 deux.<br \/>\n<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-weight: bold\"><o :p><\/o>Le fondant au pamplemousse d\u2019H\u00e9l\u00e8ne<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\"><o :p><\/o><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"> <span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">Pour 4 personnes : <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\"><span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">100 g de beurre <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">100 g de sucre + 1 ou 2 cuill\u00e8res= \u00e0 caf\u00e9<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">100 g de farine <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">2 oeufs<\/span><\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure (1\/2 sachet)<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\"><br \/>\n<span class=\"texte1\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: windowtext\">200 ml de jus de pamplemousse rose <\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four th. 6.<o :p><\/o><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\">M\u00e9langer dans un saladier le sucre et les \u0153ufs.<o :p><\/o><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\">Ajouter la farine et la levure, bien m\u00e9langer.<o :p><\/o><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\">Ajouter ensuite 100 ml de jus de pamplemousse puis le beurre fondu.<o :p><\/o><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\">Beurrer un moule \u00e0 manqu\u00e9 et y verser la pr\u00e9paration.<o :p><\/o><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\">Mettre au four (th. 6) pendant 30 minutes.<o :p><\/o><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\">D\u00e8s la sortie du four, d\u00e9mouler le g\u00e2teau et verser dessus le reste du jus de pamplemousse sucr\u00e9 avec 1 ou 2<span>  <\/span>cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre, selon le go\u00fbt.<o :p><\/o><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\">Laisser refroidir, si vous y arrivez ;-)<o :p><\/o><\/p>\n<p>Peut se faire la veille (pensez \u00e0 placer des gardes arm\u00e9s autour de la cuisine pour prot\u00e9ger la b\u00eate des fringales nocturnes de votre famille, dans ce cas).<o :p><\/o><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial\">Doubler les proportions si vous voulez qu\u2019il vous en reste une part apr\u00e8s le passage de la famille en question.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>J\u2019ai une certaine tendresse pour cette recette bien que je ne la fasse plus jamais (je vous rappelle que je ne cuisine plus), parce qu\u2019elle marque ma rencontre marmitonnesque avec Delphinoid.
